Drelyse African Restaurant was founded by Lisa Bannerman, who brought her Ghanaian roots and love for home-cooked meals to Columbus over 10 years ago. After friends praised her flavorful dishes, she followed her passion and opened Drelyse. With a degree in Culinary Science and family recipes passed down through generations, Lisa created a restaurant that feels like home warm, inviting, and full of soul.
